My first plane was delayed so I missed my connection in Charlotte. They booked me on the next flight, which was two hours later. Now that flight is delayed another 2 hours. If it leaves at all.

I saw that movie. You know it's based on a true story. This could be a sequal. :) I just heard on the news yesterday, that there was a woman who got was lost for the last 25 years. She got on the wrong bus, and it took her that long to get back home.

Delayed another hour. So far I'm leaving at 11:30, if I leave at all. And my cell phone is down to two bars.

Finally got out around 10 last night. Got the last seat (was on standby) on the only other flight going to Milwaukee from the entire airport. Landed around 11:30ish, waited around half an hour for the luggage to come up, only to wait another 45 minutes in the missing luggage line. Apparently mine is still in Charlotte, but they are expecting it sometime today.

Got to my house around 2, had to trapse thru the snow in flip flops.

I'm not sure you can traipse through snow in flip flops, but you paint quite a picture there. Glad to here you made it home in one piece.

Sounds like you violated the first rule of traveling: dress for your destination, not your departure. Which is why I always get funny looks in Chicago in November "traipsing" around O'hare Airport in shorts and a t-shirt...:D

So, how was FLA?????

Florida was great. Although it was cooler for most of my stay, I think it hit 80 the day I flew out. I learned a lot, and met some great people. This playing catch-up once I got home sucks though.
