I am having serious trouble trying to shoot with ZR60 in low light. Its performance is terrble.

Therefore I am planning to buy
1. Canon VL-10Li (10 watt light)
2. Canon BP915 Lithium Battery

I am wondering if somebody here can answer my questions on the above.

1. Will this combination above help me beat the low light problem with ZR60?
2. Can I charge BP915 without a special adapter (basically charge it while it is connected to the camcorder)?
