From this weekend, not quite sure about it. What do you guys think?

It is a little dark/dull (the colors not the image) for my taste but I like the crop a lot.

I like it! The imbalanced formation adds a nice degree of tension to the image. The crop works and the resulting non-symmetrical composition only adds to it.

My only suggestion is to try a slight (2~3 degree) clock-wise rotation (so that the heads are pointing straight up) to see if that helps the image. Perhaps that will help further enhance that imbalanced formation.
