i have scanned images on the computer
however some images are modifed by a program :mad2:
( i thinks some kids were playing )

it not a water mark but black lines like a drawing in the microsoft paint :eek:

here is the question :D
is the image as it is saved the data are being replaced so appear the black lines
or the image data has been modifed so it can be reversed some how ? :idea:

what software can help ?
what procedure should i do ?

What are you scanning and can you post examples?

Moire patterns may be occuring that can look like black lines when scanning an image that has lots of patterning such as a brick wall or fabrics/tapestry that has a fine, regular, repeating pattern.

If you are seeing this after scanning, it is undoubtedly part of the scan.

One possilble solution is to scan at a different resolution (higher or lower) and to rotate the image so the lines or patterns are oriented differently to the sensors in the scanner. It does not always work, but it could be worth a try if moire is at issue.

Some documents and printed materials have 'anti-duplication' techology which is either embedded mylar, or the paper has highly reflective bits embedded in it to produce a blocking pattern when subjected to light of a copier or scanner. There are some interference printing techniques that create scanning issues also being employed.

Samples or let us know what you are scanning. Something won't scan at all (that's another story).
