A friend is sending me a Canon T50 since it will use my FD mount lens I already have for my AE-1. Is there anything good or bad you can tell me about the T50? Thanks in advance :)

Ahh, the Canon T50, my first SLR camera :)

Here (http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/companies/canon/fdresources/SLRs/t50/index.htm) is a great site with tons of info on the camera as well as a PDF version of the manual. It pretty much was a SLR point & shoot from what I remember about it, but I did get some great images with it. For being my first SLR I used it for a little over a year until I moved back to my parents house and inherited my dads Nikon equipment, so I went ahead & sold it.

Thanks for the info. I have decided I will never make good photosr without a p & s anyhow so it will work great for me lol. I keep forgetting to reset things like the shutter speed when I use flash and such :)
