Will soon be in the Caribbean & doing some snorkelling in Belize & a few other locations. I do not plan on bringing my 30D, so looking for something that will give me decent pics, but be small & waterproof enough for snorkelling.

Any suggestions?

when i was snorkling in hawaii i just used 1 time use disposable underwater cameras. they work great for a fixed focal length camera. from what i've heard (and it makes sense) the main concern to getting better quailty underwater pics is having alot of light. so a p&s disposable versus a "cheap" waterproof digital type camera isn't going to be much (you would just get some zoom and a few other functions).
