I'm looking for a new digital camera. Right now, I have a Kodak Easy Share CX6445 and it's getting a little too automatic for me.
I mainly take macro, nature, and night-time shots. I need a camera that can do macro well without distortion and will also take night shots without the flash with the smallest amount of visual noise possible.
I'm really looking to spend less than $400 US. Good battery life is key, too. I also would like a camera that you can manually set the shutter speeds, flash, ISO, and so on.
I really could care less about video recording. I know that many cameras come with it now, though, so it's not too big of a deal.
If you can help me find a camera that fits this description it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
