Hey Everyone....
Is there such a thing as having a 35mm camera which is also digital? If the answer is yes :-) can you let me know what model out there is good or whatever?
Thanks lots!!

As far as good quality recent stuff goes....
Leica R8 or R9 SLR body $3000 Here (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=263464&is=REG&addedTroughType=search)
Leica Digital Modul R digital back. $6,000. Here (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=341911&is=REG&addedTroughType=search)
Don't forget a lens...starting at $1250 Here. (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=breadCrumb&A=search&Q=&ci=7089) Lenses up to $8000 lens only, or up to $18,500 for lens head+focus module.
Some of the early Kodak hybrid digital cameras could be converted back to the film body... but this is *early* as in 10yrs old easily.

Does anyone remember in about...98' ? The big hubub about a comapny creating cartridges that fit into the film compartment of a 35mm, but had a CCD in place of the film plane? "Convert your old film SLR into a digital!"
shame it turned out to be a scam...

I remember reading a thread about that a while back. You can read it here (http://forums.photographyreview.com/showthread.php?t=2878).
I don't think one of the links in that thread works anymore but you can find the company at www.side.com
