Some decent action. Color is off ( WB ).

I take it the RAF was the main sponsor.... :)

Can you manually set the WB? If you can change it a couple hundred at a time until you get rid of the "tinge" and the colors should be better. A red tinge means your too hot, blue too cold
Another thing you can do is use Photoshop Elements, under the color change menu there is "adjust for Skin tone" and that can make a big difference in the colors alround.

Did you use a flash at all or just go with the lighting in the gym as is? I'm sure using a flash would have balanced out the colors and might not have had that tinge look to it, just my thoughts.

My flash arived that day while i was on my way down lol, i think i would have been a bit to far away for flash it woulden't have hurt to try it. I've also started to notice since i got my camerra the photos have got more noise, is this me noticing it more or i'm i doing something i shoulden't ?

I forget what camera you have, but I don't think the flash would have helped. You'd only need fill flash, but for this big gym you'd need a big flash. From looking at these I'd say a good start would be to set your WB to 3900 and see how that does and adjust from there. If they are still too yellow go down 100 at a time on the WB until you get it. Go up if it's too blue.
