We had dinner at the El Apachee Mexican Resturant last night, and I snapped off a few hand held pics as he was watching the news on a tv in the corner.

I like it, except that it's a little dark on my screen. I like the composition. I might have gone with a larger aperture to blur the background a little more and get a faster shutter speed, but I'm impressed with how sharp this is for a 1/10 second hand held shot. I need more shots like this of my own dad.

Decent shot. I like how its slightly underexposed. This reminds me of some dark bars/grills I've sat around over the years ...

The person behind him, at first I thought he was backed up against a mirror! That really stands out to me, like it's an optical illusion. Hmmm.... Maybe that's a potential pose for the future.

The dark feel GB mentions is one that I agree with. Kinda almost a "grit" feel to it...though I'm not sure if you were trying to portray that. I like it, a little lackluster for me, but I think it will hold alot more sentimental value if anything. That being said, the "expression"/composition is good, though I might would've liked to see either all of the pepsi glass or none at all.

Interesting, but I don't mind it.
