I am not sure that anything different is occuring. Just look at the fact that you were able to create an instant link to all of these stories. Do they indicate a growing problem with the world or a growing high-tech instant-info awareness of what is going on?

All this is a symptom of instant communications.
Whatever the worlkd is coming to, it's not its senses.
But that's been true for years.
No-one is as dumb as all of us.

Okay. I guess it was just a really bad day for news then :(
