Okay, this'll be my last one from today...I'm already at my limit with the eagle pics...lol. These were a couple of really beautiful trees above the path I was on.

Emily readingr 01-27-2006, 05:30 AM Emily, I think this would be better in colour if you have a deep blue sky to offset the trees. In B&W it does nothing for me because there is not texture in the wood and its a little washed out if you see what I mean. Roger dbutler 01-27-2006, 06:46 AM I swear I'm not running around to contradict Roger! I like it!! I think I like it better when I scroll to cut off the trunk because it gives it more of an abstracty, lightning like appearance. And I also like that fact that one tree is black and the other white. BUT...I think Roger makes a good point that with a good sky it might have a lot of impact in color as well. julsoph 01-27-2006, 03:57 PM Lol D! I can just picture you stalking Roger, just to contradict him...hehee... Thanks for your input on this one...and I like the idea of cropping out the trunk a bit... Emily Themage 01-28-2006, 09:05 PM Ya mabye if the sky changed from light to dark and it seems a bit blurry. julsoph 01-29-2006, 04:45 PM Themage...thanks for your feedback on this. :) |
