I've got a question about taking pictures at night, I'm thinking scenery photos like the stars, fireworks, sunsets. I've read you can use 100 ISO film, but would 400 ISO film work with those type of night shots too? thanks.

But I would say ISO 100 slide is best.

Stars, like star trail shots? I'd go with ISO400 slide like Fuji Provia 400F. I usually shoot fireworks at about f8 and ISO100. Shutter speed is only critical for ambient light, like if you're shooting fireworks in the middle of a city. Base your shutter speed on ISO100, f8 and whatever that meter reading works out to be. If you're shooting fireworks against a dark sky, leave the shutter open as long as you want, but maybe 10 seconds is a good place to start.

Sunsets can be fine with ISO100, and so can anything else but I don't really think of sunsets as night shots.

Dear Photo Girl: Consider Fujifilm Neopan 1600 ISO B&W Professional Film.
Also, shoot at 800 ISO, on a tripod or with the aid of a Stroboframe, and no flash.
