Has anyone heard about Nikon comming out with a 70-300 mm vr lens? If so, when do the expect it to be in stores....I cant wait to see the specs, if in fact they are producing this lens.

Haven't heard anything about that. They've had an 80-400VR (http://nikonusa.com/template.php?cat=1&grp=5&productNr=1996) out for a few years though.
