Well, soccer season is far done now, but after going though some of my shots I found one of my favourite soccer pictures. Unfortunately, I lost the original back in the newspaper office (not lost, misplaced:p) so I just have a screen shot off the electronic version. Do you like this?

For some reason I have a feeling this was a painful collision! The only thing I could see to make it better would be timing wise ...just as the ball and hit meet. But it is a very good shot! Soccer collisions normally are good shots though. :)

I find this photo quite cliche in soccer, but was quite proud when I had taken one my self.

I have had two soccer photos that really stand out. The first was a night shot three girls jumping simultaneously to head a ball, the two outside girls from the same team sandwiching a player from the other team. That shot was run large in the paper. Then there was the header shot thats around this forum somewhere :confused: , with the ball in contact with the kids head. And finally the the lone player laying face down on the field with his hands covering his face...nothing else but green field and black sky.
Oh, I forgot the one (OK 4 of em)...an official giving a red card to a kid for his mouth!
