I can't believe that there haven't been comments! This is a very fun picture, even if its a bit washed out in a couple of places.

The woman against the door works nicely. There are lots of little picky details about how the shadow falls across the top and the door frame on the right could be more tightly cropped as well as along the lower edge it might be cropped a little higher to lose the line from the door panels. One other thing I'd change would have been her belt! It rather jumps out and doesn't work style wise for me.

Other than that, I hope you took more or made a series of this or with her.This setting and pose has great possibilities, and this is in itself, as it stands, is a pleasing photo.

Thx Drg - I found her to be an extremely diverse and smart model about her poses.

Here's another shot. I have several artistic nude shots with her also (and I be you knew THAT was coming!), but I would prefer to post them on a separate posting with a warning, which might be site rules?. I may try to contact her again sometime, really had fun shooting her and the results were quite good. - gb

Of the two, I think the 2nd shot is stronger. It does a nice job of presenting your model. I find her expression more soulful. I think there is a "rule" about not cropping at the knees, but I think it works fine here.

I think this exposure treats the harsh sunlight well, but I think a reflector to lighten the shadows would have really helped.

I think the second shot is stronger, I don't much care for her expression though. It could be that as a girl myself, I am not quite seeing what you are, I just prefer the spark of the other girl.

ChowChi-Ching - I agree that the first shot has more life. I think the second has more of a wild west feel to it.. Out there in the desert, her expression looks somewhat desperate and deep. Tim, I didn't know about that rule but it does make sense. I also agree that I got away with it here though, prob cause her eye contact pulls your attention to the top.
