Heres a couple i took a few weeks ago with a +1 macro lens , they came out pretty good for my first`s .

Yes, I think they're good too.
I don't like the ragged edges, but that's just my taste.

Glenn, i think these are pretty good as well. I like the bottom shot most as the green blades of grass make a nice bg for the orange flower. good dof. The top image I feel is also good but I'm distracted by the white flower in the bg at the top. I would burn it so it is not so bright white. Good work

Thanks for taking the time to view and critique these ,its very much apreciated it always brings me one step closer to being a photographer :) (small step but a step hehe)
As for the frames Paul just trying something new and different , one of these days i hope ill find the perfect frame :) .
Gary the burn technique is something i have yet to try , I C it used often around here so i will have to brush up on it i guess .
