How often do they send out a catalog? I've requested one from their website a while ago and recently made an online order. They sent out my order super fast and I had it in a couple of days so I'm happy with thier service but it's been moths and I still haven't seen a catalog.

I get them occasionally, but you might not see one until the next printing. A few months ago I got a brand-new inch and a half thick 35mm equipment catalog which surprised me a little...

With most of the digital stuff, it seems like by the time you get the catalog there's something out there to replace whatever you're looking at anyway!

They're very quick to answer emails - and will grant any requests promptly. Of course, since they're closed on Friday afternoon until Sunday you may not get a reply until Sunday.

Well, I've been getting them regularly, but I always toss them out because the website is more up to date than the catalog. I don't know how often they send them out, but I know I always get annoyed when I get one because my mail slot at the office gets taken up by the catalog, and I end up getting my important mail handed to me in a box (why the important mail doesn't go in the mail slot but the unimportant catalog does is beyond me :rolleyes: ). We do seem to order quite a bit from them however, so maybe that's why we always get a catalog. I think we're averaging about 7 or 8 orders a year to B&H, and in the last 3 years we've probably spent about $40K + in equipment and supplies. I don't know if that's a lot for most B&H clients, but it sure seems like a ton to me.

I get multiple copies of all B&H's catalogues (reason must be I use more than one shipping address), and, seeing how they're about the size of a small phone book, usually toss the extras.

I agree, contact their customer sevice, and I'm sure they'll get one right out to you...

I get them maybe twice a year. A big thick photo one, then a big thick digital photo one. But if I'm ordering something, I go right to the website.

Thanks to everyone.. I'll write them an email and see what's up. The website is great to see what's up to date and look at stuff if you know what you want, but the catalog is great when you just want to flip pages to see what kind of stuff even exists...
