I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-U20 which was working fine for several years. The other day I went to take a picture and there were these streaks altering the picture in the screen and they showed up on the actual pictures. I've tried other batteries and other memory sticks. Any advice?

Can you post an example of the problem pic you are getting.

I've attached 2 pictures - any help would be appreciate. Everything is set to normal - nothing special like negative or sepia.

I seem to remember seeing similar effects from a digital camera that was water damaged online somewhere. Unfortunately it may be hardware failure of some sort.
