You have captured the statue well and it is a sharp image but I can't help but think that this could be greatly improved if the sky was more dramatic or if there was some kind of activity (trace line patterns from aeroplanes, birds...) just something to put the composition into context.

Still, it is a nice shot and I like the dark shadows cast across the bright gold, perhaps revisiting at the beginning / end of the day could produce something more memorable??

This really needs some colour in the sky - a bit of blue instead of the gray. The statue you've done a good job capturing the shadows and the form, but I'm looking for something more in the picture and can't find it.
