Where did i come from?

well sorry to say i have no history on this item other than the obvious clue, but can anyone out there rely some facts about this cute little red truck.

I would guess it is some type of pump truck. If you where the pump is located, inline withe the engines crankshaft, the crank drives the pump. Tyson L sparks may know.

I'd say SmartWombat can tell us exactly who made it, but it's British designed and you see them all over England, pretty much the same design since WWII.
