Here's a picture of John's only nephew two day's before his second birthday. Cut kid, isn't he. As a physicist I have been trained to be a very competent, unbiased observer. The fact that I am the grandfather doesn't change this at all.

What a handsome little guy! I commented to John that I bet his hair was that light when he was your grandson's age. Nice capture Photo Dad!

Wow - he is pretty damn cute. And that's a great pose. How hard was it to get him to cooperate? I wasn't there and I don't see him enough to know. But that doesn't have the cheesy feel that some posed child portraits have. It doesn't look like he's hamming it up. It feels very natural.

The picture wasn't posed. He had just reached the top of a ladder on a playground jungle jim.
