    Foster dog update...

For those keeping track, I think we had just found a home for this little guy as of my last post.

    Petey

This shepherd mix was our next foster. Wonderful, very laid back dog. I had a hard time getting shots of him because he didn't like the camera and wouldn't get far enough away to shoot. He found his forever home today.

And now we have a six month old 'brown dog' who is just full of it. Cute though.

    Re: Foster dog update...

It is a good thing you do for these animals.
I had a brown dog once. People would ask me what he is and brown was the only answer I could give them.
Is that tp he tore up?

The shepherd dog looks like a puppy......sweet face!

The little brown dog sure is full of it! Wow! Looks like you're kept busy......

We had a brown dog when I was a child. His name was "Brownie" - quite original.

Thanks for adopting out so many sweet dogs. And for the updates.

    Re: Foster dog update...

    Thanks, Frog and Liz.

Jake is a couple years old. He is so laid back that we actually did blood tests and x-rays to be sure - perfect.

The paper is just some packing from that box of lawn mower parts.

The foster dogs are already named when we get them (except for Petey), but our naming for our own animals hasn't been very original either -

Ginger - guess what color she was
    Brit - Brittany Spaniel
    Tigger - tiger cat
    Mother - kittens anyone?
    Dumbo - beagle ears
