First, congratulations. Second, just what precisely are you scared about? If it's making money and meeting the monthly lease, then perhaps you need to think about how you are going to advertise yourself. Word of mouth is not always enough.

As a Membership Director for our local Chamber of Commerce, I can suggest one way that it would be very helpful...join your local Chamber (yes, bite the bullet and pay the yearly due) and then get active in the monthly mixers. There you can pass out business cards and flyers to those who attend (they are usually business owners themselves who might need to utilize your services). You also can use your Chamber's newsletter (if they have one) for further advertising or flyer insertion, or even display printed materials in the Chamber office. Membership in a Chamber of Commerce is a great way to get your business noticed quickly within your local business environment. A grand opening and ribbon cutting for your studio should also be available as a member, as should a listing in their business and service directory (both printed and web). Also, Chambers normally only recommend their members for services when they receive phone inquiries (and we get a lot of those for all types of businesses).

Not sure if this is what you were concerned about, but just thought I would throw it out there as a promotional tool for your new business.
