    Re: Self Portrait thread

This is the only self portrait that was ever worth a crap. I have done several good drawing or digital painting self portraits.

This is barely a tone mapped snapshot, but well, i did have to put up the tripod and hold real still for about 20 seconds...

My grandson Joshua got real good at anticipating when the camera would fire with it on the self timer. He couldn't figure out why his Fisher Price digital wouldn't do the same thing.

There is this monkey forest near the Alam Indah were we like to stay in Ubud. You walk to the entrance and there is this woman selling bananas for the entirely too aggressive monkeys. She would hold out a banana and say, "Banana the monkey?"

I used to think, sure lady, I'll banana the monkey. Is it legal?

Glad you found it, Nicci. Hasn't been up for a while. Your shots show a lot of personality and I like the creativeness of the handlebar mustache drawn on your finger. Beats drawing it on your face where it might be hard to remove.

Now I have to ask what the red thing with what appear to be horns on it is, in your shower stall?

Well it is better tattooed on your finger than on your lip for sure.
And looking at your photos I'm not surprised by your choices in shower caps.

lol Funny thing is, we don't use the caps. They are for decoration. The devil one is Simon's. The piggie one is mine. I collect piggie stuff. Now you know too much

So where is the self-portrait thread? Last time I was there (long time ago) there were hundreds of shots? What am I missing? Or do we now post embarrassing shots of ourselves here?

Hope you are all doing well.
    Shootme...
