    a Pre christmas Night Time Smowshoe romp through the woods

    My son and Daughter went for a romp through the woods tonight.

    broke out the Snowshoes for the first time this season and away we went

    Looks like a lot of fun. We've gone once so far and are hoping to go again this weekend. I love going at night after a fresh storm like you have pictured here. So quiet and with a full moon . . .wow.

    Looks like all had a good romp.
    How deep was that snow? We seldom get enough to call for snowshoes but they'd be very useful just a little ways up the hill from us.

    It was about 10 inches deep, we could have lived with out the snow shoes, butthen what fun would that be.
