Anyone know about using a proxy IP address? Difficult? Safe? Thanks, Terry

I remember users using a proxy server to get around fire walls (blocking web sites). It is not that hard but you have to understand you are going through a third party's server and they can see all the traffic. Safe it's a crap shoot unless you own the proxy server.
