How Often Should I Get an Eye Exam?

I have decent vision, but I’ve been getting mild headaches and some blurriness when reading. I haven’t had an eye exam in years, so I’m wondering how often it’s necessary? Do minor vision changes mean I should see a doctor?

Re: How Often Should I Get an Eye Exam?

Regular eye exams are essential, even if you don’t have noticeable vision problems. Experts recommend getting checked at least once every two years, or annually if you experience discomfort, headaches, or blurred vision. Early detection of issues like astigmatism or eye strain can prevent long-term problems. A specialist can evaluate whether you need prescription glasses or adjustments in your daily habits. If you’re unsure about your vision health, my vision care https://myvisioncare.org offers comprehensive check-ups to ensure optimal eye function and address any concerns before they become more serious.
