How to tell the most experienced shooter in a group? They have the least amount of toys on them.

    Re: Ellie (2 variations)

When you say "Shot these" this is one image, no? The upper version is a tight crop of the original. I like the crop and the noise that went along with it. There is a dreamy look about it and her pose and expression is working.
I feel that the original is somewhat unflattering of her. The low angle I guess is making her body and legs look very large and her head small. Also the fact that the white background coming through under her arms against the white dress add to the perception that her body is bigger.
I dunno, there is lots of reasons to like it as well, and so I may be alone in this opinion.
Love the PP, my kinda thing

While both pictures are similar, I think they are different shots. Her mouth is slightly different in each picture.

I agree with Gary on his composition comments.

    .

yes, I believe your correct. I also notice the eye looking down in the close crop while looking more forward in the full shot.

Thanks guys. I posted that shot to see if anyone else thought it looked that way. Thanks for validating my fears.

Yes, the first shot is a crop of a different frame.

    Thanks again.
