    My Little Man Ethan

Again, and I say this every time, but I haven't been around in a long time. Just really no time anymore with the baby, my wife, and work. He's such a good baby and my pride and joy. He's nine months now, but most of these photos are from 7 months and younger. I have more pics, just haven't had time to even pull them off the camera yet. I'm very much enjoying the family life now, but the one bummer is that photography has definitely taken a back seat for now. But the little ones grow up so fast and I don't want to miss it. I can't believe he's already 9 months old!!
    Hope you enjoy them!!

We did end up moving. We bought a new condo about 5 minutes down the way from where you visited us, and yeah, where is that picture??? ;)
He's such a great little boy Nat, very well-behaved. He seems to crawl faster than I can walk and is all over the house. In just the last couple days he has learned to pull himself up to stand while holding on to something. I'm sure he will be walking in a month or so. That will be interesting!!
So how are you guys doing?

Hope you are doing well!! He is awesome, and you're right, I like to capture all his different facial expressions. I think my favorite of these is the one where he looks all serious with the sun on one side of his face. I really like that pic.

These are wonderful Brian! I know about the fatherhood thing and trying to fit the rest of your life around it (ie: photography), but as these image illustrate sometimes our emphasis just change and the love of photography stays the same. This little guy is going to give you hours and hours of photographic pleasure, enjoy it while you can. I wouldn't even attempt to pick out my favorite of this batch love em all especially the b&w conversions, nice work.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Thanks OT. Yep, I while I would love to have more free time to go to the mountains and hike, I wouldn't trade this time for anything in the world. Anyways, before I know it, he will be old enough to take those hikes with me and have his own camera. Time flies!!

Hope the site isn't keeping you too busy, and by the way, the changes are great. You've done a great job!!
Those are two of my favorites as well, and the b&w closeup gets lots of comments from friends and family.
I know you travel alot, and if you're in the Denver area, give us a shout if you want. We'd love to have you over.

Awwww he's so beautiful! You have some gorgeous shots there. You need your photography with a little one growing up so fast. You need to capture as many moments as you can.

Thanks Alison and Gene for your comments. As he gets more active and more of his personality shows through, it's more fun to photograph him, yet harder because he is always on the move.

You have no clue, both my wife and I are always taking pics, her with her little trusty Canon, me with the D70 (she won't touch my camera, very intimidated by the DSLR concept...lol....and refuses to learn).

    Thanks again!!

Cute kid, I really like the picture with the sunglasses and the one with him in the baseball hat.
