    my bike photo of fuels web site

    I was asked by the cable show Fuel tv to feature my photo on there website. its the sport bike doing the burn out.
    they told me to keep it coming, maybe a can get a free t shirt from them

    That's cool. But are they selling advertising? How much time and money have you invested in your photography? A T-shirt isn't really payment. In fact, you'll be advertising for them by wearing it. Give them one or two and then tell them you need to get paid cash money for your photos. If they think it's worth using, you should be paid.

    Hey - I was thinking about my reply and I feel kind of bad. I want to congratulate you on getting noticed and having one of your photos used publicly. No matter what, that is a cool thing. It's great to get recognized. I am just sensitive about publications trying to get photos for cheap or free. We work hard to pay for our equipment and polish our skills. If it's worth using, it's worth paying for. But I'm glad you are seeing some public success with your photography. Congratulations
