At least some of us aren't trying to get you to change brands! I've accepted that some of my friends are just a little bit off and are going to use Nikon no matter what. :)
One day, I intend to SUPPLEMENT my film cameras with a digital camera. After getting the 512 MB card, I'm finding I'm shooting a lot more with the Coolpix 5700. Not just because I've got more room, but I'm shooting larger images, and wringing out the camera more. For day to day shooting, I see digital as a way to experiment without the cost of developing.
But, for stuff I want to print, I'm sticking with film. The D70 has really impressed me, but I just can't see giving up my Velvia or Porta for digital. Not anytime soon.
