    Local Market

California truely is the land of fruits and *nuts* !! They also had some nice produce this weekend at the local market.

I was a little startled because 4 different people asked if I was from the local paper. At least I look professional. I think the pictures actually turned out kind of nice.

    Re: Local Market

I've noticed there are lots of photo ops at these kind of markets but have never had my camera with me when there...These are quite good.
Excuse me while I dig in my piggy-bank to go buy some raspberries now.

    Thanks for the comments Frog!

I know the fruit looks yummy. They have all sort of markets around here, I'll continue to take more pics! I was noticing I tend to focus less on what's in the foreground. Do you feel it takes away from the picture? Say, for example should most shots be taken with the clarity like the raspberries?

Its a toss up, I guess and depending on where you think the focus should be and depth of field plays too. I notice the strawberries seem to have more dof than the other shots so you used a smaller aperture or the depth just isn't there,(less distance from front to back).
I'd try focusing 1/3 of the way in with smallest aperture possible and see how that works.
