    G'Day

Having lurked around for some time I though it was time to pop in and say hello. I've attached a photo from my last roll of film. If I've done it right I should be hearing a few of you lamenting the fact that I'm another bloody cyclist. Hopefully though, with the help of you lovely folk, I'll be posting lots of photos much better than this poor attempt of a pan shot of current Australian national road champ Matty Wilson.

    Cheers.

    Bloody cyclists

Ha ha, just kidding. Welcome out of lurk mode. While not a roadie myself, you'll see mountain bike shots from me occasionally.

Wow, it looks like he really extends his leg, to the point of locking his knee, on his pedal stroke. Good panning attempt - I need practice big time doing it. Too bad the wheels are cropped, but really not bad at all. Did you see that there is a new sports/action discussion forum now? You may want to also post your bike shots there sometimes.

    Bloody cyclist indeed!

I am prone to crashing (particularly when on the MTB) so I often am a bloody cyclist! Thanks for the welcome Spike. Yes, unfortunately the wheels got cropped in the scan, but they are on the slide. And yes I did notice the new sports forum and it looks very promising. I might just have to post photos of some Aussie Rules or hockey (the field variety as there is not much ice to be found here) to mix things up a bit.

    Cheers.

Welcome! Cyclists are more than welcome here. They're also the reason this site exists.

Please post your sports stuff and share your experience in the sports forum. We need variety. Have to balance out all of the bicycle photos and questions that get posted here :-)
