My new to me camera

So since my nikon n2000 that i bought on ebay 2.5 years ago won't turn on, tonight i purchased another one on ebay.

i really only needed the body, but i figure its cheaper to buy a decent lense this way to, and from what i can tell that is a decent lense nikkor 35-70 2.8 af d. (not that the camera is af but i don't use it anyways).


looking forward to shooting on film again. hopefully it is in the "excelent condition, like new". my first one was.

Looks to me like the lens is a 35-70mm f/3.5-4.5...

ermmm yeah, thanks for pointing that out, i was looking at a bunch of lenses today must have gotten them confused. not a great lense but still decent for what i shoot.

Its a good camera and i'm glad you were able to replace your flatlining one quickly.

thanks, i have a feeling the flash is crap, but i already have a vivitar 550fd auto thyristor, so the new one may make a good slave, or just backup.

Have to confirm the lens not being f 2.8 I have owned that lens and it doesn't look like that one and it's not 52mm filter size. I bought it on ebay by the way and got a great deal on it. Congrads on your purchase hope it gives you lots and lots of hours of photo pleasure.
