How weird is that tour. I can't take the movement of the panning as it makes me feel sick (motion sickness from inner ear imbalance I have I think).
Were these straight out of the camera Janie, or did you do some post processing. I take it the Real Estate software takes care of the panning etc or is it something else. The moving around the rooms how did you do that, was it stitching.
The idea of virtual tours is to make it seem as though you are standing in the middle of a room and looking around. I take the pictures in a series of 12 shots then upload them to my pc. I then transfer the photos into the stitching software and it does the rest - sort of. When the software gets done doing it's thing, me, being a little bit of a perfectionist, must then bring the photos into adobe elements to enhance them - you know, lighten up dark corners, soften hard light, adjust color tones. Happily, I didn't have to do much at all using the rebel - not like with my old tour (below, for comparison):
I bring additional lighting when I do the tours - as you know, backlighting can be a killer so I like to even the lighting in the rooms. This didn't work out well with my old camera, as it does with the rebel. So i'm thrilled!
