Question Help with Panoramic (SF Bay)

This is a "down n dirty quickly thrown together machine stitched from low res" version of a panoramic I want to create. But as you can see, I'm going to have major troubles matching the skies between each image, because the sky changes very quickly at sunset!

Any tips or suggestions how to do this well? I have no idea how to proceed. But I love it and want to create this and frame it.

    All suggestions appreciated!

Try this link and see if that helps you:

The software tools you use to do your blending are pretty darn important. Hopefully, you're using something can can output your blended image in layered .psd format. If not, you're going to have to do things much differently than that link suggests.

For this particular photo, I might also suggest that you just completely replace the sky with something fake.
