I'm planning on purchasing the canon 70-200mm f/2.8 in the next month or so, and I want to liquidate a couple of my kit lenses that don't get used much. Of the two, I think I have used one of them twice in the last year. They are nothing special, a 35-80mm f/4-5.6 and an 80-200mm f/4.5-5.6. I'm giving some very serious thought to throwing in my Quantary 2x TC, and upgrading to a Canon TC also.

My biggest question is, do I sell all 3 items together as a "kit", sell the lenses separate from the TC or sell it piece by piece? Any other advice you might have on this subject would be greatly appriciated also.
