    Classic Cars for Christmas...
My mom's friend John invited me to his shop to take photos while in Houston. I spent a few hours this morning taking shots of two Oldsmobiles, two Packards, and two Studebakers, as well as visiting two other shops and chatting with his car club buddies about the classics. I had such a great morning, and these guys' passion for classic cars was great. Special thanks to JLD Classic Enterprises in Houston, TX. Here are a few favorite shots. 1. Various car parts on wall
    2. "A" sticker on the windshield of the Olds is a ration sticker for WWII; rations stickers had either an "A", "B", or "C", and that determined the amount of gas you could get.
    3. Radio in the Olds
    4. Studebaker hood ornament revealed
    5. Studebaker detail

A few more (whole cars this time!)
I was trying to get some neat in-garage shots of the cars/photo essay as opposed to clean shots of the whole car(s). Here are some longer shots to balance the detail shots. (All photos are ©2010 Megan Green, All Rights Reserved, do not download or otherwise copy.)
    1. John the owner, Bill from Houston's classic car club, and my mom. Don't tell her I posted this shot, she hates it.
