What is that in my yard?

I came home from a long work day (16 hour work day) with only 5 hours to get some sleep before returning for my final 8 hours before being laid off. I just laid down in bed when my dogs went nuts. I heard some comotion from the living room and went to investigate. Armed with my trust Olympus I went out in the yard to run off the intruder.
