but that's what the holiday's and a wife will do to you. ;) I have managed to lurk here and there, and for a quick catchup:
Speed, great pics of the Eclipse, and a fantastic shot of you and your wife (the one with the great light). Also, congrats on being credited and published.
Ray (shrackman), great pics all around. Beautiful stuff there.
I hope Charles is feeling better.
Congrats Steve (another view), on being named moderator.
Andy (AC), fantastic shots. You have certainly come a long way in a short period of time.
By all means, use Firefox. Blow off Internet Explorer. It's an accident waiting to happen.
Penny, I hope you and Gene are doing well, and how is the job search going? I might have missed something you posted earlier.
Where on earth is Kokopeli (Brian)? This is concerning me now. Does anyone know?
To anything I missed, my apologies.
On my side, things have been going well. I've sold quite a few prints now, and though I would love to put more of it back into more gear, my wife and I are trying to buy a house soon, so alot of the money is going there. I did purchase the Nikon SB800 Speedlight, which is ABSOLUTELY freakin' AWESOME!! I just got it a few days ago, so haven't got to use it on anything worth posting, but damn, does that flash perform.
I hope everyone is having a good holiday season and my best wishes to all of you.
I'll leave you with a few pics, hope everyone enjoys them.
First one is of Mt. Elbert, highest peak in Colorado, taken from the Top of the Rockies Scenic Byway, this portion along Hwy. 24. This was taken back in September.
A couple others from the Butterfly Pavillion, here in the Denver Metro, taken a little over a month ago.
