Flower Close-Up and newbie help needed...

This was on the kitchen table one day when I was playing with the new Digital Rebel. I just got a free 30-day trial of Photoshop CS and started playing with borders and getting rid of backgrounds. Digital Rebel, 1/60th @ f/5.6, EF-S 18-55 set at 55mm with 550EX on "Auto" mode. I picked the border color by taking a sample from a lighter section of one of the petals.

Now, I need some advice on borders color, white, contrasting? Thanks!
