Besides not having the catch light in the glasses or even his eyes and better placement of the light on the right side ... if there is anything else that I need to keep my eye on or ideas - suggestions ... would be greatly appreciated.

You have different colour temperatures on the two sides, it seems ?

Yes Paul - on the left side I had my strobe - on the right I was using my speedlight. I need to get a grid or something to direct my light with my other strobe. I should of dialed back the power on my speedlight.
