didn't know what other section to post this in...
I have a gigantic loft in Jersey City which I've been trying to
sublet. The thought hit me today that rather than giving it to a
renter, I would love to create a shared photo studio for a small
number of people. The craigslist description is here:

It is an amazing space, truly. Two separate rooms already built in.
Large closet for lights storage. There's even a small room with a
slop sink that could be turned into a darkroom.
I thought that maybe between 4-5 of us at about $400-500 each, we'd
cover rent and utilities and have an amazing space for photoshoots
steps away from NYC. Each person would get a guaranteed number of
hours monthly for photo shoots (30-40?), and others could be invited
on an hourly rental basis, with the $ going towards improvements,
equipment, etc. Obviously, more people means lower rent... thoughts?
If interested, lease respond offlist ASAP--I'm showing
the place again sometime this week. Thanks!
