Is this package worth the money?

    Hi,

I want to set up a small studio in my home, and want to keep it as cheap as possible since this is just a hobby for me. What do you think of a package like this?

    http://cgi.ebay.com/3-studio-flash-s...QQcmdZViewItem

The room I'm setting up is really tiny (10'x12' or so) and I'll be doing mainly product and portrait shots. I really have NO idea about lighting, so I'm hoping someone can advise me a bit.

    Thanks!

I would be a little hesitant buying these units before I could see and use them...Being Chinese built is also a concern...Stick with brands like Courtenay,Multiblitz,Bowens or Elinchrom..

It depends on your expecting on strobe lifetime. Most Chinese built electronic parts may only barely survive short time ( over one or two years) and become bad soon. So the positive rate in here means nothing.
