    Newbie Here and honey combs

    I have seen such beautiful photos and a lot of them talk about their studios and there lights.
    But what is a Honeycomb and what is it used for?

    The most common use of a honeycomb is as a grid that fits into the reflector of a studio flash. It goes between the flash and the subject, and channels the light into a narrower path (much like a spot) without actually affecting the intensity or quality of the light...
