Hi: I recently started a new business to earn extra income on eBay. I am selling women's clothing and I have to take pix to sell them. I purchased a Nikon D-50 outfit. Now that I've bored you with my life story, here's my issue: when I shoot the clothing, which comes in an array of colors I am not getting equal lighting on the garments and I am getting shadows off of the white wall (I shoot in my kitchen usually at night). I also use whatever lights I have around the house for lighting and that isn't really helping. I think that it's time to step up to some real lighting and maybe a flash if needed. I am a total beginner and can't afford to spend a fortune, I just want to get good quality photos that accurately show the items and the color of the items that I am selling. Can anyone suggest a book or DVD that will help me learn how to do what I am trying to accomplish? Also, I would like a list of everything that I will need to set up this studio and I am hoping that some of you experienced photgraphers have some easly solutions and suggestions. Thanks so much!![]()
