Im a newbie and I have a lighting question

I have a E510 and I purchased an RPS home studio lighting kit 2 650 watt diameter Aluminum reflectors two diffusing covers and an umbrella I also bought a gold reflector.....I'm posting a picture and I really like the lighting.
Can I do this with my current setup and how would i set the lights up
