    face plant

I was shooting a regional game earlier this week and when the player in orange went up for a shot the player in white went for the block but ended up plastering his face into the bottom of the backboard. I know those things are cushioned but that's still gotta hurt.

Great catch Chris. I've wondered why you don't see more of that as high as todays athletes get into the air.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

I'm so slooooooooooooooooow. I'm looking and looking at the guys arm batting the ball and wondering why that's a face plant..... Um, I see it now! Did he break his nose?
    It's not blurry. It's bokeh.

He didn't appear hurt too bad by it, just a tad shaken up.
