Half way up Hailwood Hill just past the bridge up against the fence.
You will have trouble with certified media in your way, this is where I shot the "tough luck Jakesy" thread.

From here there is a shot over the fence at the bottom of the dip as long as you're right up against the fence. Lean between the wires if you dare so you can see a bit more track.
